Get in Touch: Schedule Your Free Introductory Call
Taking the first step can feel daunting. It doesn’t need to be. You can reach out to NNorthHarp without any pressure, for your child, yourself or your family. Together we’ll calmly explore whether outreach support, parenting guidance or practical care could be right for your situation.
Choose the way that feels right
Prefer to start with a short informal message? You can send a first WhatsApp to get the conversation going at your own pace.
What to include in your first message
You don’t need to have your question fully worked out before reaching out. A brief description is enough to get the first conversation started well.
- Who you are seeking support for: a child, teen, adult, parent or the whole family
- What is currently causing difficulties or concern
- Whether the focus is mainly at home, school, work, family or in daily life
- What has or hasn’t helped in the past, if relevant
- How you would prefer to be contacted: email, phone or WhatsApp
No pressure to be complete
Your first message is simply to make contact. The situation will be discussed calmly after that, step by step, without any pressure or rush.
Reaching out in English is completely fine: NNorthHarp offers support in both Dutch and English.

For questions about support for ongoing care needs, continuity, structure and daily coordination within existing long-term care arrangements.
What to expect from the first contact
After your message I will get in touch. We will have a brief conversation about what is happening, who the support would be for, and which type of support might be a good fit.
The first contact is meant to explore calmly. If NNorthHarp seems like the right match, we will discuss a possible next step. If not, that will be stated clearly too.
What we can calmly discuss
- Who the support would be for
- What question or concern is on your mind
- What home, school, work or family needs right now
- Which type of support could be a practical fit
- What a realistic and manageable next step might be
Clear boundaries: care assessments, applications and decisions
NNorthHarp can tailor the support content to a care need, but does not take on the role of authorised bodies in PGB or Wlz processes.
- NNorthHarp does not issue care assessments (indicaties)
- NNorthHarp does not submit PGB or Wlz applications
- NNorthHarp does not assist with submitting applications
- NNorthHarp does not decide on care or budget allocation
- Assessments, applications and decisions are handled by authorised bodies
What the first conversation can cover
During an introductory call we can calmly explore whether NNorthHarp’s support could practically fit your care question and existing arrangements.
PGB stands for persoonsgebonden budget, a Dutch personal care budget that lets you arrange your own care. Wlz (Wet langdurige zorg) is the Dutch Long-term Care Act covering ongoing care needs.

Frequently asked questions about getting in touch
Does my question need to be fully formulated before I reach out?
No. A brief description of what is going on is enough. During the first contact we will calmly explore together what the question involves and what a realistic next step might be.
What is the best thing to include in my first message?
Mention briefly who you are seeking support for, what is happening or causing concern, whether the focus is at home, school, work or family, and how you would prefer to be contacted (email, phone or WhatsApp).
Do you offer support in English for expat and international families?
Yes. NNorthHarp offers support in both Dutch and English. Whether you are an expat family, an international resident or simply more comfortable in English, you are welcome to make contact and receive support entirely in English.
What happens after I send a message?
After your message I will get in touch to discuss what is happening, who the support would be for and which next step seems realistic and manageable. If NNorthHarp is not the right fit, that will also be stated clearly.
Can NNorthHarp help with PGB or Wlz arrangements?
NNorthHarp does not issue care assessments (indicaties), does not submit PGB or Wlz applications and does not decide on funding. During an introductory call we can discuss whether the support content could fit your care question and existing arrangements.
Is there any commitment after making initial contact?
No. The introductory call is free and without any obligation. It is a calm first conversation to explore whether support from NNorthHarp could be a good fit. There is no commitment on either side.
