Structure, planning and overview
Support with daily structure, weekly schedules, appointments, dividing tasks, building routines and keeping an overview when many things are happening at once.
Sometimes the formal funding route is already arranged and you are looking for someone who can deliver the actual support well. NNorthHarp provides calm outreach support in Amsterdam for children, young people, adults, parents and families when a Dutch personal budget (PGB) is part of existing care arrangements.
A Dutch personal budget (persoonsgebonden budget, or PGB) is a government funding arrangement that allows eligible people to purchase care services independently. Instead of having care arranged directly by the municipality or a care office (called zorg in natura), a personal budget gives the recipient a sum of money to organise their own support.
Who is eligible, how much is awarded and under what conditions are decisions made entirely by official Dutch authorities: the municipality, the regional care office (zorgkantoor) or the care assessment body (CIZ). These processes run completely outside NNorthHarp.
NNorthHarp has no role in any step of this process.
NNorthHarp can provide outreach support that connects directly to the support question. This includes structure, planning, sensory overload, independence, parent guidance, family coordination and daily routines.
NNorthHarp does not take on the role of official bodies and does not provide legal or financial advice about obtaining a personal budget.
Support with daily structure, weekly schedules, appointments, dividing tasks, building routines and keeping an overview when many things are happening at once.
Support with sensory overload, tension, recovery moments, learning to recognise early signs, emotion regulation and finding ways to intervene earlier.
Support for young people around school pressure, planning, motivation, social situations, setting limits, growing independence and coordination with parents or school.
Support with parenting questions, family coordination, clear agreements, calm at home, managing the demands on parents and practical tools for the daily situation.
When care is funded through a personal budget, it helps to keep the formal funding route and the content of the support clearly separate. NNorthHarp focuses entirely on the support itself: what the goals are, how they are applied in practice, coordination with those involved, and regular evaluation of what is working.
This coordination is about the support itself. It is not assistance with submitting a PGB application and not advice on obtaining a personal budget.

No. NNorthHarp does not submit PGB applications, does not support the application process, does not carry out care assessments and does not make funding decisions. Assessments, applications and decisions are handled by authorised Dutch bodies.
NNorthHarp can provide outreach support that connects to the actual support question, for example around structure, planning, sensory overload, independence, communication, parent guidance, family coordination and daily functioning.
Personal budget care can be suitable for children, young people, adults, parents or families who need practical outreach support, where the formal funding route and arrangements are already in place outside NNorthHarp.
Yes. Support can be tailored to daily situations such as home, school, work, family or the wider living environment, depending on the support question and what is practically achievable.
During an introductory meeting we can calmly discuss what support is needed, which goals matter, what arrangements are already in place and whether NNorthHarp can practically connect to the situation.
In some situations a personal budget can play a role within a long-term care context. NNorthHarp does not decide on Wlz, PGB or funding, but can discuss whether outreach support can connect to the situation.
Do you have existing care arrangements in which a Dutch personal budget plays a role and would you like to explore whether NNorthHarp's support can connect? We can look calmly at what the support would involve and whether it fits. There is no commitment.
The introductory meeting is about the support itself. NNorthHarp does not assist with PGB applications and does not decide on assessments, allocations or conditions.
